Are there API limits?

Yes. For the Beta, ingest APIs will be throttled at 300 records per 5 minute window, on a rolling basis. You may burst up to 300 API calls, then will be throttled after that.  This throttling is designed to both protect our service and help guarantee fair access and testing for all users. These rates may change based on usage and will be communicated if changed.
